Wassup my peeps.
I'm bringing back to life my website and I really want to know, is blogging is still alive?
I want to test that question.
My purpose for this blog will be to inspire connection. I'll do this through showing you what I'm up to on a weekly basis and documenting some of the projects I'm getting involved in (murals, tiki carvings, guitars, wood projects, etc.) Another purpose is to share and celebrate culture. I have Maori background and love learning about not only the Polynesian culture, but any that tests my art abilities. I'll do my best to keep you in the loop on what I'm studying and my creation process. Lastly, I want to spark innovation. I hope to work on projects that are inspiring and interesting.
I have no idea who will read this or who will want to... but I'm just gonna put it out there. I am always looking for different indigenous inspiration to create / get things that are cool and learn more about cultural art. If this can be a platform for you to do that, then my goal is completed.
